Data Recovery Service Terms & Risk Disclosure

1.1 Ownership Declaration: The client warrants and declares that they are the lawful owner or legally authorized agent representing the owner of the storage media.

1.2 Diagnostic Authorization: Submitting a device or authorizing a work order grants Data Recovery Planet engineers explicit permission to inspect, test, and perform analytical procedures on the media.

1.3 Strict Confidentiality & NDA: All client datasets are treated with absolute confidentiality under strict NDA protocols. Recovered files stored on temporary lab servers are purged automatically after 7 calendar days.

1.4 Unclaimed Media Retention: Media left unclaimed for more than 30 calendar days following final notice will be subject to automated eco-friendly hardware recycling.

2.1 Free Initial Diagnosis Policy: Standard physical and logical diagnostic evaluation is 100% free of charge under our 'No Data, No Fee' guarantee.

2.2 Pre-Existing Hardware Degradation Stress: Client acknowledges that storage devices received are already severely compromised. Initial diagnostic read attempts may exhaust weak read heads or fragile circuit components without liability.

2.3 Previously Opened / Tampered Media Terms: Devices previously opened outside a certified cleanroom suite or tampered with require mandatory cleanroom decontamination & evaluation fee (৳2,000 / $20).

4.1 PCB Micro-Soldering Authorization: Client authorizes micro-soldering repairs, TVS diode bypasses, and SPI ROM chip transplants necessary to establish power rail stability.

4.2 Firmware Service Area Modifications: Client authorizes vendor-specific command loader injections and Service Area (SA) module repairs using PC-3000 hardware utilities.
